Bred in London, running in NYC and exploring the world...

Born into a family obsessed by food, really obsessed, I ate my first oyster at 18 months in Vancouver and the rest is pretty much history.  Radishes, squid, tomatoes, escargot and smelly cheese soon became staples in my diet.  Growing up in a big Polish family one has to love food and love to feed.  Food, making it, eating it, talking about what's for dinner while you're still sitting at the table eating lunch, is not just a part of life--it is life. In my rodzina (family) Making and giving food is the first way of expressing love and affection--we love to feed.  Anyone who knows me knows I'm 100 per cent that way; instead of buying gifts, I'll bake you cookies or make you breakfast in bed.  

Moving to NYC in my early twenties I became a lover of exercise and all things healthy yet delicious.  Therein began my journey on the road of feeding people healthy edibles to fuel an active lifestyle.  Here you'll find a collection of plant based, gluten free and (I hope) really tasty food, check it out....
